"Yes you can. I've had it done twice. Both times it worked just fine. Many tire stores say you can't. Bottom line is if the nail/screw is in the tread, it works fine. They cannot patch the tire if it's too close to the side wall (outside of the tred pattern)"

Which rule(s) does this violate?:
1. No Linking Spam - Posts just to advertise other sites will be deleted
2. Don't use individual people's names (unless they're famous)
3. No personal info (your phone number, your address, etc.) for your protection
4. Keep it PG, or at least R (no NC-17)
5. Keep the Love - no hateful or overtly rude comments
